Easter Ciclistas

Easter on the Island saw its fair share of great weather, not so great wind but lots of good riding ! The island is currently at it’s most blooming with fields of lush green and swaithes ofย  yellow and red flowered fields…The summer birds are returning and Swifts, Kestrels and Gulls are a constant companion to every ride…

Lucy (Knutsford Tri Club) and Kayleigh (Spalding Tri Club). After our ride they gave themselves 10 minutes to get changed then be ready to go out for a run after which they would do swim training in the pool…. I on the other hand went home and ate some biscuits.

Triathlon Training

Rachel from Bath in the UK is currently in training for the Leeds Triathlon on September the 8th, she visited this island last week staying at very lovely Can Curreau.

We rode out early on Saturday to take in a north eastern loop of the island that allowed us wonderful roads and even better scenery.

Good luck on the 8th Rachel!
